The Assiniboia Regional Park is made up of three different locations. The golf course, the Willows Dam and the Centennial Park.

The regional park itself consists of playgrounds, a campground, beach volleyball, tennis courts, a swimming, a splash park, and other amenities.

The regional park offers a place to relax and sightsee as well as enjoy different activities while in Assiniboia.
