A popular park, Aylesford Lake Beach is a man-made site inaugurated for the town’s residents in 1990. Always packed during the warmer months, it has a public boat launch, a boardwalk, picnic tables, boat docks, a large field, trails and a playground. Amenities include a canteen, changing rooms, drinking water stations and a parking lot. If you are visiting with children, make sure to head to the section that is supervised by lifeguards. Go for a swim on the beach or hike in the surrounding trails, you will not experience a dull moment at this park.
