Battle Harbour used to be the salt cod capital of the world and the unofficial capital of Labrador. Now, it is a living museum for people from across the world to visit a 19th-century fishing village on a small island in the Labrador Sea.
You can stay in a few restored cottages which were once homes. Come get a taste of a town that was bustling with fishermen and merchants from 1770 until 1992.
