Originally the first hospital in Beaverlodge, it was since turned into an art gallery. Besides the art, it houses lots of info about the area and the early settlers in this community.
They are also known to have art pieces on sale so that you can take a little bit of Beaverlodge home with you. The staff who run the place are extremely accommodating and a pleasure to meet; they serve tea and coffee.

Immerse yourself in the history of Beaverlodge as you walk through their exhibition consisting of old farm equipment such as tractors and vintage automobiles. It’s a 40-acre museum; some of the machinery has been restored and is more than 100 years old.
They offer demonstrations such as grain threshing, flour grinding, and wood cutting. Enjoy their handmade cinnamon buns, made in the outdoor stone oven giving it an old and timeless taste. They also offer ‘pioneer days,’ their largest attraction since 1967.

Described as the ‘biggest little restaurant in town,’ they serve more than just pizza. With a vast and sprawling menu like Alberta, among their delicious selections are various Western Canadian foods such as pasta, burgers, steaks, ice cream, milkshakes, breakfast, and many more options.
A perfect restaurant if you’re stepping in from the cold or out into the heat.
Step back through time as you set foot in the almost one-hundred-year-old clubhouse, which originally served as a Northern Alberta railroad station, and challenge your golf skills with this charming 9-hole course burrowed in a cozy forest.
Their power carts are fully charged for you to zip around in them, their fairways and greens are perfectly watered, and their equipment rental is stocked and waiting.
It is located just 2km off Highway 43 and sits right next to Beaverlodge river.

Enjoy one of the most spectacular scenic views in Canada. Easily visible are the mountains, foothills, rivers, forests, and cultivated lands typical of the Peace Country.
Follow the paved road to the viewpoint located 4 miles east of Beaverlodge on Highway 43.
