The biggest draw for Belcarra is the access to nature, so you wouldn’t want to visit without going on a hike or two. This moderate hike is good for someone with intermediate fitness levels as there is a decent amount of elevation gained (300m climbing over 5km).
However, as you can see from the photo, the view of the Indian Arm and Greater Vancouver is breathtaking. While your legs may be tired when you get up to this point, if it is a clear day, the view will be spectacular and make the climb worth it.
