Prince Albert Gliding and Soaring Club

Based out of the Birch Hills airport, this gliding club offers visitors the unique opportunity to soar over the local countryside!

Participants are winch launched approximately 610 meters above the ground in a two-seat glider. Your pilot will release the tow rope and demonstrate the marvels of motorless flight, demonstrating how a glider can stay airborne for hours by cheating the laws of gravity using the laws of thermal dynamics. An introductory guest flight can last approximately 8-30 minutes.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the heights that Saskatchewan can offer!

Guest flights are between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
