Boundary Bay Regional Park: Centennial Beach

03

Recommended by Nature Vancouver

Known for its extremely far-out tides, this beach is unique. Pictured above is the intertidal region where you can explore the ecosystems residing in these areas. This is less of a beach. This is less of a beach to swim at and more of walking around the beach, although if you can make the trek out to the water at low tide, nothing stops you from taking a dip.

If you have kids, they will enjoy the modern playground installed a few steps away from the beach. And if you get hungry, there are a concession open most days.
