Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site

This popular national park & historic site sits on 381 square km of fertile land, featuring breathtaking hiking trails, camping sites and wide-open lakes perfect for canoeing and kayaking. North Queens Heritage Museum

Caledonia is home to this joint museum & library located in a historic heritage building. This museum is housed in one of the first homes ever built in this Nova Scotian municipality. Visitors are welcome to guided tours of artifact exhibitions that transport guests to 1880s pioneer Nova Scotia. The library archives are also open to the public for curious tourists.

Queen’s County Fair

The Queens County Fair is one of the last few agricultural fairs held in Canada and has maintained an over 200-year tradition of its celebration since 1880. The fair hosts fun and interactive shows such as live horse racing, ox and horse pulling contests, cowboy trails, and games held with prizes for contestants. This agricultural fair occurs every September, and tickets are sold for as little as $7.
