Centre de la Mi-Careme is an exhibit displaying one of the oldest Acadian traditions: mask making. The center has a wide display of locally crafted masks.

Guides are available to lead visitors through the exhibit, as well as educate them on the history behind the craft. Mask workshops are also held, and visitors can craft their masks with the instruction of a professional mask artisan. Other than mask making, the Mi-Careme center also offers music and cultural events with a variety of different traditional Acadian workshops.
