Chemong Lodge is well established as the culinary gem of the area. The lodge was built in 1895 and with a beautiful view of Chemong Lake.

A favourite of local cottagers and travellers alike, the Lodge offers an elevated take on country cooking. Making use of the region’s fertile farming, their menu is shaped in part by seasonal local produce and meats, and by the creativity and cultivated craft of their chefs.

Chemong Lodge is also home to Dr. J’s BBQ, a slow-smoked BBQ joint with a flagship restaurant in Peterborough. Aside from their own kitchen, and Dr. J’s BBQ, Chemong Lodge also offers an extensive wine list and a menu of inspired handcrafted cocktails. Well worth a visit.
