FoodHistory

Cidrerie & Vergers St-Nicolas is on a mission to raise public awareness of local and regional agricultural production.

Their kiosk is open all week from June 24 to October 31. You can visit their market for fresh fruits and vegetables (offerings will depend on the season), as well as free tastings of ciders. Apple picking and guided tours, which include site visits, tastings, and learning about the history of cider in Quebec, are also available! It is best to contact them beforehand to confirm what is and isn’t available during your visit!

On-site, you can purchase an assortment of ciders, such as sparkling ciders, ice ciders, and more.
