One of the best blues festivals is held outside Québec City under a huge marquee. A four-day occasion at which top performers from around the world will perform.
Come celebrate and let the blues’ rhythm carry you away at Eastern Quebec’s largest “blues only” festival!
This course is one of the oldest in the province of Quebec and has been around since 1927, thanks to the Donnacona Golf Club. The Old Donnacona neighbourhood, the city’s center, and the St. You’ll enjoy Lawrence River’s picturesque surroundings. With nine holes 2700 yards long and a par of 35, the course provides more than enough challenge for both beginning and seasoned golfers; after a round of golf or during happy hour with friends, head to the magnificent terrace overlooking the course. The course’s extraordinary panorama will charm you.
The Jacques Cartier River’s banks and this trail are the perfect locations for a day out with family and friends; take a walk on the interpretation trail and enjoy it. A wooden walkway offers a good vantage point to view the wetlands. Wetland vegetation is abundant and diverse. Many different bird species can be found in the trees, and amateur ornithologists await to observe and identify them. The trails are open year-round, summer and winter, for those who enjoy walking. Near the river, there is a playground for young children.

The Galerie d’Art Christine Genest Art Gallery is a venue for original artwork exhibitions by artists from Quebec and other countries. The proprietors, bronze sculptor Mario Jobin and painter Christine Genest, are imaginative and creative.
Allow yourself to be temporarily transported between the real world and these creators’ imaginative worlds with unique topics.
One of the final buildings erected in the QuĂ©bec colony’s French-ruled era was this church, built between 1752 and 1768. On the north banks of the Saint, in a tiny town called Cap-SantĂ©.
It has a beautiful interior. The church is close to an old cemetery, though it’s not the one from colonial times.

Brasserie La Fosse is a perfect place for dinner and drinks, and their beer is very famous as they brew it themselves; it is a local restaurant in Donnacona and has a very cozy atmosphere. It is a great place to interact with town locals and to relax for the night.
