Fromagerie Lehman is a family-owned cheese factory. The family uses a small herd of Brown Swiss cows for milk production.

The farm does not use GMOs, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. They fed hay and grain using a wide variety of forage plants to provide the animals health during the summer and winter.
