The cheese factory is great for tasting organic cheese from mountain goats and sheep. From the livestock to the final tasting, there is an opportunity to experience the entire cycle of cheese creation. The farm also aims to plant 3,000 trees to enhance biodiversity with several species of trees. The farm shop is open seven days a week for purchases. There is a selection of des Broussailles and Cru Berger cheeses.
