These goliath wind turbines are the wind farms that provide electricity for great swaths of Saskatchewan. Ten large wind turbines make up the Gaia Wind Power Farm in Grenfell and operate using wind power to harness and convert into energy much cleaner than coal. These towers are a site that draws tourists to the spectacle of the structures and in support of clean energy initiatives.
