Discover this 3.54 kilometre, looped trail that’s 8.5 km South-West of Alexandria, Ontario. The Garry Fen Trail is considered a moderately challenging route. It takes an average of an hour to complete and offers multiple, beautiful glimpses of a natural retention pond, forestry, and some glimpses of Loch Garry lake in the distance. This is a popular trail for walking, hiking, sightseeing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and much more.
The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
There is also another trail, Loch Garry Trail which is an alternative for a smaller trek but offers the same equally beautiful surrounding, and small animal life. Either or are great options and is one to stumble by for appreciation of the gorgeous geography.
