Glass Town of Canada

01

From 1895–1999, the town was known for its glass-making industry. In 1894 the Sydenham Glass Company began. The factory closed in 1999.

Don’t miss the Wallaceburg Museum glass industry exhibit.

  1. IF IF IF anyone has glass CANES, CHAINS, OR TOP HATS FROM THE ANNUAL PARADE they wish to sell? I would be obliged if you email pat.is.fannish@gmail.com so I can arrange to meet you somewhere in the (Chatham – Windsor – Sarnia – London) area to see your treasures, and discuss prices. I had some, but #!@!*& movers from moving company dropped box and broke them. broke them!

I adore my copper wheel engraved glasses (etched-but-not-blown in Wallaceburg) handed down from one side of the family, and my beautiful pink-white-black blown “end of day” vase handed down from the other.

    NO! NOT SELLING MT STUFF!
