Gordon Creek is a natural spillway from Lake Kipawa. It crosses the eastern part of town and is only a minute from downtown, where it begins its final course into the Ottawa River. The flow is punctuated with many cascades embanked in a ravine and a magnificent waterfall about 200 meters north of Murer Ave. Standing on the bridge over Gordon Creek, one can feel the force of the energy emanating from the fall.
