The Greenwood Centre for Living History is located near the shores of the Lake of Two Mountains and is completely run by volunteers. This non-profit organization has a mission of preserving the historical site of Greenwood, which has been around since 1732. They also aim to carry on the dream and accomplishments of Phoebe Nobbs Hyde, the last inhabitant of the Greenwood site.

This location offers guided tours around the house and gardens and hosts various workshops and events throughout the year. Visitors can find many historical documents, paintings, furniture, and artifacts within the walls of the Greenwood home to learn more about the local history. Additionally, guests can stroll through the colourful gardens and spend a relaxing afternoon on the porch with a cup of tea. Drop by the Greenwood Centre for Living History to expand your knowledge of the town of Hudson and its previous dwellers!
