Guild Chocolates aims to create unforgettable taste experiences by handcrafting fine chocolate products with strict attention to quality and detail. Craftsmen produced goods by hand during the Gothic period, using quality materials, focusing on design, and using quality materials.

Guilds passed on the skills of these craftsmen from generation to generation. Many craft guilds were established during the Industrial Revolution to revive the skills abandoned during the Arts and Crafts Movement.
