If you are looking for some adventure, this small volcanic island near Port McNeil will offer you just that. A short boat ride from the public dock in Port McNeil will have you on the island in 12 minutes.

There are old roads and trails that provide easy access to the island and the centre. You will find a grey andesite, considered BC’s finest building stone, with many landmarks using this stone, such as the BC Parliament Building.
