Geordie Dobson arrived in Keno City in 1952 and purchased the Keno City Hotel. He collected beer bottles because he believed there to be insulation properties in the glass. In 1970, Dobson successfully covered his house with beer bottles. He used approximately 32,000 beer bottles for this project. No one has resided in the house since Dobson left the town. Be sure to stop by and take pictures of the most unique and warmest house in Keno.
