Beach

To get a nice view of nature, visitors are welcome to visit the two sandy beaches in Louisbourg. With a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, the shoreline is over 300 years old and was the location of many historical events. Visitors can swim in the waters, play in the sand, or watch for seals in the ocean. This beach was also the landing point of James Wolfe in 1758, which was a major event in the Seven Year’s War. The location of this is currently a designated historic site.
