Lac-Simon beach is a stunning municipally run beachfront in view of the popular Canadian mountains. Enjoy the refreshing water on a sandy beach, but don’t forget to bring your umbrella and sunscreen! With lots of parking spaces, a large beach area, and 13.50$ for entry, you don’t need to worry about it being overcrowded. Find your spot and enjoy the park nearby, the slides, and even a smaller cushion trampoline for the kids. Don’t leave your dog at home; the beach has a grassy area perfect for pets, which must remain on a leash. The Lac-Simon beach also contains a small shaded forest to set up your hammock and relax with a book.
Splendidly clear water. Picnic tables under a canopy are available for the public. There are no kiosks with food or drinks, so bring refreshments or buy from the village. Boats must receive the mandatory stickers to be loaded in. Boat washes are available behind the fire station.
