Le Wendigo Hudson is an intimate, bistro-styled restaurant in the heart of Hudson. The restaurant specializes in locally sourced ingredients with international and seasonal flair. An extensive wine list pairs very well with the various dishes. There is also an excellent choice of beer from Quebec microbreweries or an experienced mixologist on site to craft the perfect cocktail for you.  Dishes are a mix of traditional and newer-style recipes.

The restaurant has an open kitchen concept making for a unique atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The menu is limited, but there is certainly a meal to find, and the portions are well sized. The oysters, octopus (for those feeling adventurous), and the whitefish with clams are favourites here. This high-calibre restaurant is a gem in Hudson; be sure to visit here for an upscale experience.
