Surrounded by mature cottonwood trees, Lions Park is 3.77 acres of large open space with numerous amenities. There are three horseshoe pits, a playground, a water splash park, kitchen facilities, washrooms, as well as picnic tables and shelters. The splash pad has 25 water features and only operates when temperatures are above 19 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities require booking, which can be done by contacting the community services department. At the park, you will also find the town’s old water tower.
