History

Did I hear someone say 19th-century French-Canadian History? Well, you’re in luck because Maison Rosalie-Cadron is a historical site situated in Lavaltrie on the historical route known as Chemin du Roy, this museum narrates the incredible story of Rosalie Cadron-Jetté, as well as the lifestyle habits of the dwellers of the countryside in the start of the 19th century, by organizing exhibitions, workshops and events the intention is to promote french history and heritage in general, and its visits are suitable for school groups, tourists and people passing through who would like a taste of french culture.

The building, built in 1790, has something for all.
