Memory Garden

Memory garden

06

The Memory Garden in Altona is a place where people can purchase a shrub, annual, cedar, or perennial to plant in memory of someone.

This is an interesting place to visit as you know that each plant has a meaning behind it. Anyone can call and purchase a plant of their choice to have in the garden.

Every year on the first Monday of June there is a Memory Garden Service. This service is meant for people who purchased plants in memory of someone, to be able to plant them themselves.
