The Menzies Trail is a multi-use, multi-direction trail in the heart of Golden Ears Provincial Park. Starting at the West Canyon Trail and ending near the Park headquarters (Mike Lake Road), the trail is 9 kilometres one way. Towards the end of the trail, a beautiful waterfall fed from the mountain streams flows down and is collected in a man-made pool before spilling over and continuing down to the lake.
The trail has a blue difficulty and mountain bikers should be warned that some erosion and lack of maintenance has made some of the steeper sections more difficult on a bike.
