Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve is a UNESCO conservation area with amazing landforms and ecosystems. The reserve contains 17km of steep coastal cliffs formed more than 560 million years ago. On the site, there are more than 10000 unique fossils from long ago, and visitors can see fossils ranging from 2cm large to up to 2 meters.
