Murtle Lake is world-renowned as the largest canoe-only lake in North America. Set in a beautiful mountain valley, with the North and West arms approximately 20 km long.

The West arm is known for its white sandy beaches and open scenery. The North arm has large mountains and meadows that are great for watching wildlife.
