One Tuna Café

This local café and restaurant are a very popular place to eat in North Lake. They serve a variety of goods, including lobster rolls, burgers, hot dogs, tuna rolls, poke bowls and pizza. Be mindful, though, as they are only open from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM, so it is only great for lunch.

Campbell’s Cove Campground

This local campground is located along the shoreline of North Lake and offers a great place to camp for the night. One of the main attractions of this location is the beautiful sunset beach. There is also great surfing located right at your footsteps and great lookout points across the cove.

This exquisite family campground is nestled between the shores of North Lake and the Atlantic Ocean. This campground is in a great location and is close to numerous beautiful beaches, restaurants and loads of adventures at your fingertips. This campground even includes a pool open all summer for you to enjoy.

Macneil’s Tuna and Deep-Sea Fishing Charters

Welcome to one of PEI’s most thrilling experiences, giant Bluefin Tuna and deep-sea fishing charters with captain Jeff MacNeil. Jeff has over 37 years of experience with these wonderful creatures of the salty seas and specializes in lobster fishing charters and whale and seal-watching tours.

These tours are only operational from May 1st to October 31st and can accommodate between 1-23 people.

North Lake Boathouse Harbour Eatery

This local restaurant, situated just 10 meters from the North Lake harbour front, just opened in 2022, is very popular among locals. This restaurant supports a list of local suppliers, including island potatoes, meats, lobster scallops and fish. They are now known for their fantastic lobster rolls, club sandwiches, pan-fried scallops and cold lobster plates.

Wicked Sea Adventures

These 2.5-hour tours are a must-do activity while in North Lake and allow you to see it all. They include five different adventures: whale watching, deep-sea fishing, seal watching, lobster fishing demonstrations and porpoise watching.

Many people on the trip have had positive experiences with tour guides with extensive area knowledge.

Barn at North Lake

This oceanfront home that is 100 feet away from the beach is a great place to stay while in North Lake. The 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has wonderful views of the ocean, lake and farmland from every room of the house.

There is also an additional cottage that sleeps 4, making it an excellent sport for extended family gatherings. There is also a large deck outside the cottage where you can sit and watch the boats leave and return from the harbour.

Treats and Sweets Dairy Bar

This local ice cream shop is a popular spot in North Lake during the summer months. They offer a variety of local ice creams but also serve milkshakes, sundaes, and banana boats. Check this place out in the summer, as it will typically close for the winter.
