The Ontario Spring Water Sake Company is the first sake brewery in eastern North America and is situated in downtown Toronto’s Distillery Historic District. Toronto residents and tourists can now enjoy our award-winning fresh, locally brewed sake at this charming tasting bar. You can learn more about sake by taking a tasting tour and buying a bottle of our premium sake to enjoy at home. They use traditional Japanese methods and recipes with delicious Ontario spring water. The Brewing Society of Japan is also an Ontario Spring Water Sake Company member.
