Devil’s Mountain Regional Park
Perhaps the biggest draw to Ferme-Neuve is its proximity to Devil’s Mountain. An absolute dream for the outdoor enthusiast, here anybody can find an outdoor activity suited to their taste.
The Montagne du Diable Regional Park offers a trail network of 80 kilometres, each meter of which treats you to the stunning beauty of the region’s natural landscape. When you’re finished with your hike or bike, cool off in Lake Windigo or Lac de la Montagne, where you can swim, kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. For those looking for more action, the park offers two obstacle courses where folks can compete for the fastest times. The park also offers much to do in the winter, such as fat-biking and snowshoeing, and offers four different kinds of skiing – cross-country, skate skiing, nordic, and ski-hok.
The park offers many options for either camping under the stars or staying in one of its many cozy cabins, yurts, or tiny houses. All in all, Devil’s Mountain is sure to tempt you with something you’ll love!
