Located in what was once the Dundas Curling and Skating Rink—originally built by the mayor of Dundas, Todd Wilson, in the 1860s—this brewery was founded by two old friends, Shawn Till and Ed Madronich. Passionate about quality beer, they are dedicated to brewing the best possible product—and they achieve their mission by avoiding shortcuts, honing their craftsmanship, and using excellent equipment. They have several different beers and wines available in their taproom, but their core beers are Lagershed Original, Lagershed Light, Lagershed Dark, and Barrelshed Amber Ale.
