At Simard Butcher Co. Ltd., you can find a variety of fresh, smoked, cured, and other beef and pork options. Whether for a snack or a large meal, you can find something to prepare that will satisfy your stomach.

The owner, Stephane Simard, graduated with Honours from the Meat Processing course at Olds College in 2021. He has always been passionate about hunting, growing up outdoors, and testing his hunting skills, and he wanted an opportunity to display his skill, creativity, and industry-leading technique. Apart from providing fresh and high-quality meat to their customers, Stephane and his family also give back to the community by continuously supporting local 4H Beef programs and donating consumables to local animal shelters.
