Wellington Park

Wellington Park is the main park of Simcoe that holds arts and crafts exhibitions, festivals, and celebrations!

In the summertime, many gather here for the Lynn River Music and Arts Festival. In the wintertime, there is the Christmas Panorama, where Christmas decorations and lights fill up the whole park. It lifts your spirit!

The park has a bridge going across the water, leading a path to a lighthouse next to the lake. It is called the Veterans Memorial Bell Tower, and on special occasions, you can hear carillons chiming. Even when there isn’t an event, it is a nice quiet park to stroll in and relax.

New Limburg Brewing Company

New Limburg Brewing Company has the best Belgian-style ales in Norfolk County. The company specializes in producing traditional Belgium-style beers, making them refreshing and full of flavour – different and distinct. Their place was an old school transformed into a microbrewery.

Many school amenities remain on site, which is creative and fun. On the premises are a bottle shop and taproom! They got a bistro-style restaurant with a patio menu that consists of pizza, fries, and snacks – great paired with a pint. If you enjoy a beer or are open to trying beer, check this spot out, and you might want to make reservations because it gets busy!
