When thinking of small, Albertan towns, getting a South African experience isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. But the South African House Guest Lodge will give you just that. The house is full of artifacts and art from South Africa, the home country of the owner of the house. The house is also built on a forested lot, giving it a more secluded and authentic feel.

Regular suites are available starting at $120 a night. For the bridal suites, access to the hot tub, gym, living room, and other amenities are included and starts at $130 a night. Or, if you’d prefer a more private experience, the whole house can be booked for $750 a night, which includes access to even more amenities the house has, such as the BBQ room and the sauna. So, whatever your needs and budget, the guest house has a room that will fit your need while giving you a once-in-a-lifetime South African experience.
