When you are in South Gillies, make sure to stop by the South Gillies community centre! This theatre group was started by a doctor who missed broadway shows in New York and decided to bring the fun to South Gillies! Tickets are $15 at the door.

A family-run farm, Rob and Janice Groenheide run a small business selling pork, lamb, milk, and cheese! They are both experienced in agriculture and produce amazing food products. Visit the farm if you are a huge cheese lover!

The Beaver Mine
The main reason why there is a development in South Gillies was due to a local mine called the “Beaver Mine.” Although there is no site to see, this is part of the history of South Gillies and the town’s inception.
