Famous CanadiansHistory

Another place to visit if you enjoy learning about the history of a place. The bungalow is the former residence of Sir William F. Coaker and is open to tours for groups of visitors. They offer in-depth tours of the estate and love educating visitors on the preserved contents of the house.

The tours explain Coaker’s history with the union and look into his history, describing how his house was the first to have electricity in the province and that he wanted to own an electric company. Overall, this exhibit is informative to both residents and vacationers.
