The Thomas B. Munro Memorial Shoreline Nature Preserve is a must-stop by the site if you are visiting Grand Manan Island.
This preserve was created to protect the natural features of this area, including forests and wildlife habitats. It is a narrow piece of land stretching along Grand Manan Island’s northern tip. From this sea cliff, you can enjoy a remarkable view of the Bay of Fundy. On this preserve, you should keep an eye out for the chance to see certain plant species such as white spruce, red oak, red spruce, balsam fir, creeping juniper, and goldenrod.
