This cycling route is a tremendous 330 km long and borders the Saint-Laurent and multiple lakes, beaches, mountains, and forests. It follows Route 138, which runs along the Saint-Laurent and passes through the town of Baie-Comeau. The path is separated into six detailed routes to make it easier for people based on the intentions behind their trip. Each route has tourist attractions that guests can visit along the path. For example, there is the whale route where people can observe whales and other mammals and a birdwatching route.
Cyclists can find various restaurants, lodgings, and even ferries along the road of Véloroute des Baleines.
