Whitewater Lake is a freshwater lake home to various recreational activities and tournaments. They annually host many amateur fishing tournaments and a powerboat racing championship. Activities here include boating, fishing, hiking, swimming & canoeing. Home to many different fishes, the most popular species inhabiting its waters are the brown bullhead, golden shiner and smallmouth bass. Their picnic spot, set against the magnificent scenery, has a connecting play area with a newly built splash pad and pier with many ducks and geese roaming around.
