The Wynyard Court House is a Heritage Property constructed in 1928. The building is one of a series of courthouses designed by the office of the provincial architect, a government department responsible for the design and supervision of all public buildings from 1905 until the office was discontinued in the early 1930s amidst the depression.

The Wynyard Golf Club is a beautiful 9-hole golf course with a lounge, outdoor patio and putting green. The course is full of trees and water, with the biggest challenge being the 22 sand traps, making accuracy an essential part of the game.

Wynyard Regional Park is a quiet, well-treed park and an ideal location for nature lovers. The park is home to a healthy population of rainbow trout and supports electrically powered boats, canoes, and kayaks.

Kinsmen Park is a local park and a great place to relax or have a picnic. The park includes a play structure with a mini soccer pitch, swings, a spiral slide, and a merry-go-round.
