George Brown College and Soulpepper Theatre Company created the Young Centre for the Performing Arts with the goal of housing Toronto’s artistic community and serving as a destination for theatre enthusiasts. You can tell there is a difference as soon as you enter the Young Centre. The area is buzzing with conversation and argument. The enthusiasm of artists, students, and audiences creates dynamic energy. When designers, choreographers, directors, and musicians work together, there is a musical hum.
