This is a lovely farm found just outside of Saint-Pie. Ferme Équinoxe boasts several homegrown crops for sale, including asparagus and blueberries. Saint-Pie also makes and sells its sweet maple syrup. These products make it an excellent place to stop in during the spring and summer, especially because Ferme Équinoxe offers self-picking of blueberries from mid-July to mid-August.
In case you prefer the indoors, Ferme Équinoxe also offers culinary workshops! Suitable for cooks and bakers of all skill levels, the workshops use local, in-season ingredients and environmentally friendly cooking methods. For example, the current workshop offered at Ferme Équinoxe is “Vegetables for Dessert.”
