Hastings Pisces Park

06

Located in the neighbouring town of Hastings, Hastings Pisces Park is about 14 minutes away from Campbellford and is an exciting place to visit to admire the views of Pisces Pete.

Pisces Pete is a giant fish sculpture representing the significance of fishing in Hastings. Pisces Pete is a Walleye that measures 12 feet long and stands 12 feet tall, crafted in stainless steel.

The designer, Canadian artist Bill Lishman, chose the species as it represents the most popular for local fishers and is considered by many to be the best game fish in Ontario. The name “Pisces Pete” was chosen through community submissions.
