Ivujivik is a village located on a sandy cove surrounded by cliffs that plummet into the waters of Digges Sound.
Digges Sound joins the Hudson Bay and Hudson Strait and is known for its turbulent currents and catapulting sea ice. The cliff is home to walrus, polar bears and thick-billed murres.
