The Grand Canyon of the Stikine is a 72-kilometre stretch of the Stikine River. Nicknamed the “Grand Canyon” of the north, eighty kilometres of the steep-walled canyon, composed of sedimentary and volcanic rock, has been carved through eons of river erosion.
