Considered by most to be the most underrated NHL player of all time, Ray “The Wizard” Whitney is the pride of Fort Saskatchewan.

Whitney played nearly 20 years in the NHL, scoring over 1000 points and winning the Stanley Cup with the 2006 Carolina Hurricanes and fellow Fort Saskatchewan native Mike Commodore.
